Terms & Conditions

A booking for a yoga course is required before the course starts and must be paid in full. No refunds are available once the course has started.

A booking for a half-day yoga retreat is refundable up to two weeks before the date. After this date, no refunds will be given.

A booking for a yoga retreat holiday requires a non-refundable deposit of £200 per person to secure a place. The remaining balance must be paid by the requested date.

Bournemouth Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for travel arrangements to and from any courses or retreats.

All Aromatherapy Treatments must be paid for on booking. Bournemouth Yoga & Wellness will then contact you by email to arrange a mutually convenient time for your treatment. If you wish to change your treatment time 48 hours' notice is required.

No refunds will be given for missed appointments or for less than 48 hours’ notice to change the appointment
time.
